A Journey Into the Unknown

A Journey Into the Unknown

Nearly one year ago, we began this journey, this vision, of becoming something more and chasing our dream of becoming small business owners. The path that lead us into this place is one of thoughtfulness, mindfulness, and a passion to create a space to share all of life's gifts.

I (Benji) was given a fortunate upbringing around some very loving parents who saw the desire in my own mind to follow in the footsteps of those great people who came before me. I was raised alongside some of the premier Ojibwe craftswomen this world has ever seen, and as the world has carried more and more away from tradition, it has become a life goal to preserve, restore, and share those stories, materials, gifts, and teachings shared with me long ago.

With the help of my wife, Candace, we hope to create a platform for Indigenous artists and Relatives to present their work, our work, and capture our way of life to the rest of the world and so that we all may preserve the traditions of days past to our next generation and to generations beyond our reach.

Thank you for visiting our page.

Welcome, to Bizhiki Creations.
